Welcome to our 5th topic, the 5th dimension and the Heart Chakra.
Dimension
The 5th dimension is the realm of the spirit. This is an even less dense space than the 4th dimension and there is the possibility of multiple timelines with a constant that remains the same in all of them. While the 4th dimension holds the unconscious thought, the 5th dimension houses the unconscious mind. Confused yet? Unconscious thought and mind are two different things (at least they are to me). So unconscious thought are thoughts what we are not aware take place. While the unconscious mind is the soul. I am simplifying everything here as the point of the blog is for those who are not already aware of how these dimensions work. If we were to go into great detail and explanation the blog would be a book for each dimension and chakra. It would be way too hard to understand. It takes time for our consciousness to process new information. However, your unconscious mind instantly understands because it knows the information already. Especially when it goes against the current narrative like most of what I talk about does. Your soul is completely aware of all universal laws and possible life outcomes based on your choices. But the consciousness tends to block this awareness out of fear of an inability to predict the outcome from its perspective. Can you see that I’m talking about the ego and the soul again? The 5th dimension is where our soul spends time during the physical experience. This does not mean that the soul does not exist within other dimensions. However, in this space the soul can be in better communication with our physical experience. When we connect to our souls bypassing the ego this is where we find ourselves. Our spirit guides support our souls with making choices that will bring us positive outcomes and return ourselves to harmony through the 5th dimension. Even religions accept that the 5th dimension is where prayer exists and where our souls are met by angels to experience Heaven. That belief is not exactly correct, nor is It exactly incorrect. Just misunderstood. If you know someone who has had a near-death experience this is what they see. Most believe that we cannot move beyond the 5th dimension. Here everything is in balance. There is only health and harmony. Because of this, there is no fear and we live a beautiful life. In the 5th dimension our actions are entirely based on love which is the opposite of fear. Here we live in unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness, and unconditional acceptance. We hold no judgement, guilt, or negativity towards the human experience we have and strive to remember our higher selves. We are free to create new human experiences allowing ourselves to have different human experiences that bring us health, happiness, and harmony.
Chakra
The Fourth chakra is the Heart chakra. The Heart chakra at the space of the heart rotating along the spine in the middle of the chest. The Heart chakra governs love, compassion, self-acceptance, and relationship attachments. Love includes not only our ability to love others but also our ability to love ourselves and therefore impacts any steps towards self-healing. The Heart Chakra is the place of unconditional love, compassion, limitless life, goodwill, and the tranquility found in balance. It is the core of your liveliness and is believed to be home for the Chi or Life Force. The sound that is associated with the chakra is F#, the sense is Touch, the mantra is “Yam” or “a” as in play, and the element is Air. The Sanskrit name of the Heart Chakra is Anahata. Anahata means "unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten". When we have an unbalanced chakra that is under-functioning you can be seen as cold and distant while an over-functioning chakra can be seen as obsessive and clingy or smothering. No matter how you see the imbalance your relationships are affected. And if your relationships are affected then your sense of self becomes impacted as well.
The body functions and organs that are held within the Heart Chakra are the heart, circulatory system, blood, rib cage, lungs, diaphragm, thymus, esophagus, breasts, arms, hands, and shoulders. Some illnesses that are related to the Heart Chakra are heart disease including heart or circulatory problems, high blood pressure, chest pains, muscular tension, insomnia, chronic fatigue, immune system problems, and problems with the respiratory system. The psychological imbalances can be seen as difficulty with relationships, an attitude of coldness, negativity, pessimism, lack of compassion, vengeful, shyness, loneliness, overly critical, jealousy, demanding, possessive, envy, grief, co-dependency, financial insecurity, and emotional insecurity.
There are several ways in which to rebalance a chakra. Again, reaching out to someone who can support you in returning harmony is always the easiest as it is very difficult to be unbiased with ourselves. It is also difficult to see our illness through the eyes of the illness we carry and the truth can be blocked. Meditation and visualization focused on the Heart Chakra are very supportive, deep breathing exercises, an exercise which is focused on your arms, emotional releases, working on relationships with self and others (boundary work), journaling, and yoga. Other strategies like behavioural changes, nutritional changes, somatic experiencing, energy work, spiritual readings/clearings, Karma Shifting, Assess Bars, and Reiki are all ways in which you can return harmony to any of your chakras. And a practitioner who uses homeopathic prepared remedies on a quantum level can reach the point of change in this dimensional space and return your body to natural harmony. When the chakra is in balance it becomes the engine of the physical body and produces the expressions of universal or unconditional love, self-love, compassion, and interconnectedness.
Key Points
I always suggest that you reach out to someone else to support you with healing chakras. We tend to have a biased perspective of ourselves which makes this work really tough sometimes. Especially if your ego gets involved and controls most of your thoughts. The ego is so talented at maintaining its control it can be very difficult for us to see when it is justifying our actions. If you find yourself in great relationships with some, but distant with others that you expect yourself to be in a better relationship with there might not be an imbalance. Your heart chakra might be communicating to you at the request of your soul providing your guidance. Your soul uses these strategies if you are not in complete connection with it to let you know when you are possibly making a choice that does not serve you. In this case, you have too much invested in a particular relationship. Or maybe that person’s intentions are not the same as yours and maintaining the strong relationship you are trying to force yourself to maintain is going to bring you negative outcomes. Or potentially cause an imbalance in your Heart Chakra. What you can be interpreting as an imbalance of your Heart Chakra could be your soul guiding you. If you notice that your body does not respond as it typically should when you get sick this could be an indication that your Heart Chakra needs rebalancing. If you find that your grief is so overwhelming that you cannot live life and become consumed with that grief it may be that Heart Chakra work can support you in moving forward with your grief in relation. Boundary work is also very supportive for the Heart Chakra. When we learning where to maintain and hold our boundaries supports our self-love and compassion for others.
